Your job

Imagine starting your journey as a trainee at horsum. From your very first day, you'll contribute to projects that truly matter. You won't be watching from the sidelines — you'll be part of the action. Of course, you'll receive the coaching and guidance you need from experienced colleagues along the way.

Your responsibilities may include mapping the processes of a service organization, identifying improvement opportunities within a food company, conducting a digitalization assessment for a construction business, facilitating workshops on process improvement, or building a Power BI dashboard that helps a distribution company better understand its sales performance.

Your education and skills

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have a structured mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Taking ownership and organizing tasks comes naturally to you.
• You can easily switch between projects and remain calm when priorities change.
• You can communicate professionally in Dutch, French, and English.
