Your role and responsibilities with customers
- You supervise digitization projects at our customers in cooperation with the customer and the IT partner. You are the first point of contact for both the customer and the IT partner.
- You closely monitor the progress of the budget.
- You ensure that the IT partner implements the predefined processes and requested functionalities efficiently and effectively. Bringing the IT implementation to a successful conclusion within scope and budget is your top priority.
- You think along functionally about solutions related to processes or functionalities to achieve the goal.
- You are responsible to critically evaluate change requests submitted by the IT partner, present them to the steering committee and approve or reject them. This taking into account the budget and functional scope.
- You are a born change manager and know how to enthuse and guide your team during the digital transformation.
- You communicate efficiently and completely with your team. Your team is always aware which tasks they have to complete and which deadline they have to meet.
Your internal role
- You play a key role in building our project management services. This means close involvement in developing our growth story at both strategic and operational levels.
- You coach colleagues and make adjustments where necessary.
- You provide internal training on project and change management.
- You contribute to our culture and engage in the many team moments: sports activities, the annual horsum midweek, the bi-monthly dock days, parties ...
Your education and competences
- You have at least 3 years of experience in project management related to the implementation of different ERP systems (SAP B1, Dynamics 365, ODOO, ...) or at least 5 years of experience with processes, data or digitalization.
- You have a master's degree in commercial engineering, TEW, commercial sciences or equivalent.
- A certification in Prince2, ScrumMaster or equivalent is a plus.
- You have a good professional knowledge of Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken.
- You have a critical and analytical mind.
- You have excellent organizational skills and a great sense of responsibility.
- You can independently identify problems and work out solutions.
- You enjoy coaching people, both colleagues and client project teams.
- You have an interest in information systems, emerging technology trends, data modeling, obtaining ERP certifications....
- You are flexible in changing circumstances and sufficiently stress resistant to quickly switch between different projects with changing priorities and deadlines.
