Manager Digital Transformation
At horsum, we believe that digital transformation is all about people, processes and results. With a strong team of consultants, we help SMEs tackle their digital challenges: from strategic decision-making and ERP selection to successful implementation projects.
As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager who is eager to help shape our future. Someone who brings structure where needed, helps talent grow and takes our operations to the next level. An experienced leader with a sharp business mindset, strong commercial maturity and, above all, the drive to continue building horsum together with us.
Role
As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will act as the right-hand person to the Managing Director and play a key role in both the day-to-day operations and the future growth of the organisation.
You combine operational leadership, subject-matter expertise and commercial acumen. You lead a team while ensuring project quality, planning efficiency and client satisfaction.
In practice, this means:
- Acting as the Managing Director’s trusted partner and actively contributing to strategy, growth and market positioning
- Leading a team of approximately 10 business consultants and enterprise architects
- Managing planning and resource allocation for your team
- Monitoring the quality, progress and profitability of ongoing projects
- Guiding and overseeing complex digital transformation and ERP initiatives
- Meeting with clients to identify and develop new opportunities and follow-on projects
- Facilitating digital decision-making processes, including ERP selections, roadmaps and vendor selection projects
- Taking an active role in recruitment, interviews and team development
- Helping to further professionalise processes, methodologies and governance
Profile
- At least 8–10 years of experience in ERP or digital transformation consulting
- Strong knowledge of the ERP landscape (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Exact, Odoo, etc.)
- Experience with ERP selection and digital transformation programmes
- Proven project management experience in complex environments
- Experience in, or a strong affinity for, team leadership and coaching
- Excellent communication skills with clients, consultants and management
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with ownership and impact at the core
- Comfortable working in a growing organisation where not everything is set in stone
More than just an attractive salary
- A key position within a growing consultancy firm of approximately 20 consultants
- Direct impact on our operations, team and strategic decisions
- Open to both self-employed professionals and employees
- Employees receive a comprehensive package including a company car, insurance and net allowances
- A high degree of autonomy and trust
- The opportunity to help build an organisation with strong ambitions
- A competitive compensation package aligned with your responsibilities and experience
All of this comes with a strong focus on a healthy work-life balance. You will join a young and enthusiastic team with a tremendous appetite for learning and new challenges. Your entrepreneurial mindset will not only help our clients move forward, but also shape the future direction of horsum. We guarantee short decision-making lines and direct impact.
